Terms of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the BeBetta platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ISocial Sports Private Limited (“BeBetta”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at BVR Ek, Opposite Inder Residency, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380006.

BeBetta operates a gamified rewards and engagement commerce platform (“Platform”) that allows users to play games, earn rewards, scan purchase receipts, and redeem offers from brand partners.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the BeBetta mobile application or website (www.bebetta.in), you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where access to and use of the Platform is legal
• You must not be barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction
• If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms

BeBetta does not knowingly permit users under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will terminate the account immediately.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must register an account to access most features of the Platform
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at support@bebetta.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

BeBetta reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to:

• Play games and participate in tournaments
• Earn rewards (gems, points, or other in-platform currency) through gameplay and eligible commerce activity
• Submit purchase receipts for reward validation via scanning, QR/barcode, or SMS parsing (Android only)
• Connect email accounts (when available) for automated receipt detection
• Redeem rewards for offers, vouchers, or benefits from brand partners

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, altered, duplicated, or fabricated receipts
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or macros to interact with the Platform
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or earn undue rewards
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account, rewards, or in-platform currency
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Platform or other users’ experience
• Misuse the SMS parsing feature by manipulating SMS content to falsely trigger reward conditions
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, malware, or content that violates any law

Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate account suspension or termination, reversal of rewards, and legal action where applicable.

5. Receipt Submission and Commerce Features

5.1 How to Submit Receipts

BeBetta’s Commerce feature allows you to earn rewards on real-world purchases. You may submit receipts via:

• Camera scan: Photograph a physical or digital receipt using the in-app scanner
• Image upload: Upload a saved receipt image from your device
• QR / barcode scan: Scan a barcode or QR code on a retail receipt
• SMS transaction parsing (Android only): With your explicit permission, BeBetta reads bank transaction SMS alerts to detect eligible purchases

5.2 User Representations

By submitting any receipt or transaction data, you represent and warrant that:

• The receipt or transaction is genuine, unaltered, and reflects a real purchase you made
• You are the person who made the purchase, or you are authorised to submit it
• The receipt has not previously been submitted to BeBetta or any similar rewards platform
• The transaction is not a return, refund, reversal, or cancelled order
• The merchant and purchase details are accurately represented
